- Audit current customer journeys and review of key paths to purchase from traffic source to post sales, identifying any bottlenecks that may be impacting revenue or customer satisfaction.

- Develop a focused “top priorities” report and recommendations for your website and digital activity in line with conversion optimisation and best practice.
- Recommendations may also include ways you can automate your marketing or systems.
